Jane Mack, MS-ODL, Principal
Jane has a Master of Science in Organizational Development and
Leadership providing a unique perspective for looking not only at
board function and efficacy, but also its interrelationship with the
organization. She has first-hand experience serving in multiple
board roles, including as Board Chair leading a board through
conversion from an operational to strategic focus. An accomplished
speaker, Jane teaches graduate level coursework in organizational
systems and presents at local, regional, and national conferences on
topics such as the board’s role in philanthropy, board culture
change, and best practice governance. Jane is a trained and
approved consultant and Peer Reviewer for the
Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit
Organizations (PANO) Standards for Excellence program.
